Postpartum

Overnight Only
$60/hr singletons $75/hr twins

As your postpartum doula, I am there to help you and your household adjust to your new roommate(s) by encouraging, guiding, listening, and uplifting you all through the ever-changing days. Let me handle the stressors as you bond and convalesce with your little one(s).

My services include:

• Emotional, mental, and physical support for the postpartum clients and household

• Open and honest communication

• Assistance with diapering, feeding, washing, and soothing infant(s)

• Respect and support your parenting choices

• Foster and nurture parent confidence

• Meal prep and light household chores (e.g. folding and loading laundry, washing dishes, bottle and pump sterilization, nursery organization)

• Educate on infant care and development

• Body feeding, Bottle feeding, and Pumping support and assistance

• Partner and sibling care support

• Provide appropriate referrals for further support as needed or requested

• 1 in-home prenatal meet up
